SHIPPING TIMES: We strive to process orders as quickly as possible at the same time we have put safety measure in place to protect each products ordered.

Orders placed Monday through Friday will be shipped after payment is cleared by the merchant. Please allow 1 to 2 business days before your order is shipped out from our fulfillment center. We ask for your understanding and patience while we do our best to process and fulfill orders as quickly possible.

We use courier companies to ship out orders. Please note that shipping time is solely dependent upon courier companies, we cannot guarantee your package will arrive within the allotted time. Courier companies has been experiencing service impacts which can cause delays in shipping time. We will not be responsible for reimbursing shipping cost due to courier companies delays. If your order automatically qualify for Free Shipping option, please allow 1 to 2 business days before your order is shipped out from our fulfillment center.

During high volume periods of  (sales and major promotions) it will take longer to process and fulfill. We ask for your understanding and patience while we do our best to process and fulfill orders as quickly possible.

Shipping to PO Boxes: Please note that OUR COURIER PARTNERS DOES NOT SHIP to PO Boxes, you are to collect from the nearest designated PAXI outlet closer to you or your wigs will be delivered to you in person if you chose other courier agents, If your order is submitted with a PO Box in the Shipping section, we will contact you to choose an alternate address and, if required, submit your order to payment review.
