 CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOUR HUMAN HAIR WIGS

• Always wash your hair in cool or lukewarm water using mild shampoo and conditioners.
• Swish it gently from side to side and dunk it up and down.
• Let it dry naturally at room temperature or use a towel and pat dry gently.
• If necessary de-tangle the hair using fingers to comb working from the bottom toward the top gently.
• You can resume styling once the hair is completely dry.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOUR HUMAN HAIR WIGS

• Do not use curling iron or curling kits.
• Do not comb or brush kinky hair.
• Do not expose the products to excessive heat.
• Only wash your wigs after wearing it for some times. If you do this daily or weekly, it can lead to wig looking less realistic and falling apart.

PLEASE NOTE THAT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES OF WIGS MUST BE INITIATED WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM RECEIPT

On first receipt of your wig, we require that you use a wig cap (included) to try on your wig for fit in order to keep the unit in new, unused condition. Keep all original packaging in place and DO NOT SEW ON YOUR WIG OR ADD CLIPS OR BANDS. If your wig does not fit as expected, please keep the following refund and exchange policy in mind:

Refund and exchange requests must be initiated within 7 calendar days from receipt. Refunds and exchanges will only be honored on new, unused wigs. All original tags must be attached, and the piece must be returned with all original packaging and accompanied by your original receipt.
